Army Spouses! Check out the Army's Global Assessment Tool, known as the GAT. The new GAT 2.0 is a confidential, self-assessment tool that can help you improve you and your family's overall health and wellbeing. By knowing yourself, you can stay emotionally and psychologically strong.
Highlights include a message from Ms. Sharyn Saunders, Director of the Ready
and Resilient Campaign; a Warrior Games spotlight; Fort Drum, New York Training Center's training with the Vermont National Guard; and a message from our director, COL Kenneth Riddle.
Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) is designed to build resilience and enhance
performance of the Army Family -- Soldiers, their Families, and Army Civilians. CSF2 does this by
providing hands-on training and self-development tools so that members of the Army Family are better
able to cope with adversity, perform better in stressful situations, and thrive in life.
CSF2’s Executive Resilience and Performance Course is available in a 4, 8 and 16-hour course. It is designed to familiarize Army leaders with some of the same resilience and performance enhancement skills Master Resilience Trainers provide Soldiers, Family members and Army Civilians.
