ArmyFit™ is CSF2's online training environment for Soldiers, Family members and Army Civilians. After completion of the Global Assessment Tool (GAT) 2.0, users are placed in the ArmyFit™ environment and are provided with tailored videos, information and people/organizations to follow based on their GAT 2.0 scores.
Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) is designed to build resilience and enhance
performance of the Army Family -- Soldiers, their Families, and Army Civilians. CSF2 does this by
providing hands-on training and self-development tools so that members of the Army Family are better
able to cope with adversity, perform better in stressful situations, and thrive in life.
CSF2’s Executive Resilience and Performance Course is available in a 4, 8 and 16-hour course. It is designed to familiarize Army leaders with some of the same resilience and performance enhancement skills Master Resilience Trainers provide Soldiers, Family members and Army Civilians.
In this issue read a Senior Leader Spotlight by Maria McConville, wife of Maj. Gen.
